Holland Marie Roden (American actress) is best known for her role as Lydia Martin, in MTV's Teen Wolf teen drama. In addition she acted as Zoe Woods as part of Syfy's horror-series "Channel Zero Butcher's Block". The fact is that she was born on 7th October 1986, in Dallas Texas USA, where she grew up, and lived with her siblings and parents. Holland Roden went to Hockaday School. It was a private girls' school. Her family comes of a medical background which is why her parents participate in UCLA women's studies as well as molecular biology. Holland Roden studied pre-medical for some time as she hoped to be a cardiothoracic surgeon. Later, Holland Roden decided to pursue acting. Holland Roden is a successful actress who has been in films, television shows and received prizes for her outstanding work. In 2008, she was in "Lost" in the role of Emily Locke. Also, she appeared on Bring It On: The Fighting to the Finish. From 2008 to 2010, Holland Roden gave guest appearances on television series, including Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Case, Weeds, among many more.
